A small, controlled test

MailBridge is in Beta Testing and is not yet a finished commercial email service. Use it only with accounts and messages you are comfortable using for testing.

What MailBridge accesses

When you connect Gmail or Microsoft, MailBridge uses official provider permission screens and requests read access so it can identify mail arriving at an old address. It never asks for or stores your mailbox password.

What MailBridge stores

The service stores your MailBridge account details, encrypted provider access tokens, connected inbox addresses, delivery destination, sender and message metadata, forwarding status, and feedback you submit. Complete message content is stored only when a delivery test or forwarding operation requires it.

Your control

You can pause or disconnect an inbox, review active sessions, export your MailBridge data, or delete your account from Account & Security. Disconnecting removes MailBridge’s local provider access and attempts provider-token revocation where supported.

Important beta limits

Features may change, forwarding can be interrupted, and delivery is not guaranteed. Keep access to your original inboxes and do not rely on MailBridge as the only copy of important or time-sensitive messages during testing.

Safe testing

Do not share passwords, one-time codes, financial information, medical information, or highly sensitive email content through the feedback form. Report anything unexpected and disconnect the affected inbox if you are concerned.
